A Day in the Life As a Demand Planner for one of our iconic brands in Italy, you will be the engine of our sales forecasting process. You will play a crucial role in ensuring product availability by creating accurate demand forecasts, enabling us to meet our consumer needs and business objectives. Forecast Generation: You will develop and maintain accurate statistical sales forecasts, analyzing historical data, market trends, and promotional activities. Collaborative Planning: You will lead the forecast alignment process, working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to incorporate their insights and build a consensus plan. Performance Analysis: You will monitor forecast accuracy and other key performance indicators, identifying deviations and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Lifecycle Management: You will manage the demand plan for new product launches and phase‑outs, ensuring a smooth and successful execution in the market. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to turn insights into actions. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. A good understanding of business and market dynamics. Agility to adapt to a fast‑paced and evolving environment. Fluency in both Italian and English.
