Objective We are looking for an in-house Fashion Producer to join our team and lead the end-to-end production process for fashion campaigns, photo and video shoots, ensuring creative excellence, operational efficiency, and seamless coordination across all departments. fashion campaigns editorial and digital content shoots lookbooks, video content for digital platformsKey Responsibilities Oversee all stages of production for photo and video content. From concept development to final delivery. Coordinate with creative, art direction, styling, photography, and post-production teams. Manage production budgets, timelines, and supplier relations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Supervise on-set operations and logistics, ensuring smooth execution during shoot days. Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors (studios, locations, crew, set design, etc.). Work closely with internal stakeholders ( to align creative goals with brand strategy. Guarantee quality standards, consistency, and brand identity across all produced assets.Requirements Proven experience as a Fashion Producer within a brand, agency, or production company. Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Deep understanding of fashion industry production standards and workflows. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
