Overview As a Data Center Expert , you will be part of the Digital & Information Technology structure within the Eni Green Data Center and will serve as deputy to the Eni Green Data Center manager. You will be responsible for ensuring the management, evolution, and efficiency of the Green Data Center's infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity, security, sustainability, and technological innovation, in line with the energy transition and digitalization objectives. Main activities Monitoring and management of electrical (medium and low voltage) and mechanical (hydraulic, air conditioning) systems to ensure operational continuity and performance Planning and execution of ordinary, extraordinary and plant lifecycle maintenance plans Incident analysis, criticality management, and periodic reporting on KPIs and SLAs Collaboration with HSE and Security functions to ensure safety and regulatory compliance Supplier supervision and maintenance contract management Support for technological evolution projects Administrative management and cost control Required characteristics Master\'s degree in Engineering, preferably electrical, mechanical, energy At least 5 years of experience in plant engineering or facility management in complex contexts Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, BMS systems for Data Centers Excellent knowledge of the English language Problem solving and emergency management skills Orientation towards sustainability and energy efficiency Leadership and coordination skills Aptitude for innovation and digitalization of processes The profile is completed by: Work location: Ferrera Erbognone (PV) We promote flexible working arrangements, also offering smart working options to support a better balance between professional and personal life.
