Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestAs a Senior System Engineer, you will play a supporting role through both individual and team assignments, often applying technical and business knowledge to ensure successful outcomes. You should be able to work with cross-functional and cross-disciplinary teams, applying system engineering methodologies such as requirements definition, system architecture and integration, analysis, configuration management and risk management during the design phase of products.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Systems Engineer, your responsibilities will include:Designing, integrating, verifying, validating and managing complex systems throughout their lifecycles.Thinking principles to manage design activities and utilise knowledge of system performance to influence better outcomesIntegrating technical, managerial and business perspectives to reduce risk in project execution and engineering designDeveloping integrated solutions using products and service components to address customer needs. These components may be specialised for specific applications. The company designs AMO and product lifecycle solutions to support deployment.QualificationsHave a Master\'s in Engineering, ideally in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.Have at least 10 additional years of experience in an engineering capacity.Be able to effectively communicate and have a growth mindset.Have a proven track record of collaboration in multi-functional teams, with project management skills as well as be Green Belt certified.Have deep knowledge of turbomachinery and their application in field.Have knowledge of Aero Derivative enginesWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
