Sales Recruiter (Remote – Europe) About Us Falcon Funded is a Dubai-based trading education company with over 10,000 satisfied clients worldwide. Our multicultural remote team operates across Europe, Latin America, and beyond, fast, ambitious, and passionate about what we do.We’re now looking for a Sales Recruiter to join our growing HR & Recruitment team. If you’re passionate about connecting great sales talent with exciting global opportunities, this role is for you.What You’ll DoManage end to end recruitment for our international Sales teams as well as other operational rolesSource, screen and interview candidates across multiple regions and languagesCollaborate closely with the Head Recruiter and department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategiesMaintain and update candidate pipelines, job posts, and recruitment dashboards using Google Sheets and other tools within Google WorkspaceTrack and organize candidate data manually with high attention to detail (we currently do not use an ATS or HRIS system)Handle operational and administrative tasks related to onboarding, contracts, and documentation to ensure smooth workflowParticipate in refining internal recruitment processes and help shape Falcon’s talent cultureWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in recruitment, especially in hiring sales rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong sense of ownership, organization and attention to detailAbility to work remotely and manage multiple positions simultaneouslyFamiliarity with Forex or trading environments is a plus, not mandatoryFluency in English (additional languages are a plus, especially Spanish or Italian)What We OfferFully remote working environmentOpportunity to collaborate with international teams and founders directlyFast-paced environment where initiative and creativity are valuedA chance to make a visible impact and grow with a rapidly scaling companyIf you’re driven by results and passionate about building high performing sales teams, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now with your CV in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
