We are looking for a Business Development Specialist – Private Channels AWM to join our team in the Milan area. This is a field-based role covering the national territory , with flexibility and two days per week in our Sesto San Giovanni office. If you thrive on building relationships, driving growth, and shaping strategies, this could be your next big opportunity. What will you be doing? You’ll be at the heart of our private channel strategy, splitting your focus between two exciting areas. First, you’ll oversee our distribution activities in the pharmacy market, acting as reference point to our partners, developing promotions and marketing projects, and finding innovative ways to grow business in the channel. Second, you’ll expand our presence in private nursing homes, coordinating the work of sales teams to maximize effectiveness and deliver exceptional value to these important partners. Expect a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and plenty of opportunities to make a real difference. What will you need to be successful Success in this role means being a trusted advisor and a proactive driver of growth.
