L’azienda che assistiamo in questo progetto di recruiting è una realtà avanzata dell’Informatica, una società di prodotto che opera in settori applicativi dei quali è leader in Italia, con soluzioni rivolte sia alle grandi aziende private che alla Pubblica Amministrazione, erogate in modalità SaaS. E’ ora necessaria l’assunzione di unBusiness Analyst / Project Managerche si occuperà di progetti di System Integration / Delivery delle soluzioni applicative della società. Dovrà rappresentare un’interfaccia di alto livello con l’organizzazione cliente, e assicurarne il rispetto delle esigenze funzionali e temporali;sarà molto coinvolto infase di pre-analisi e prevendita, produrrà stime di tempi e costi dei progetti, ed avrà poi la responsabilità completa del progetto;guiderà i team di progetto, essenzialmente costituiti da sviluppatori, coordinandone e controllandone la qualità dei risultati: sarà responsabile del planning e del suo monitoraggio continuo, del rispetto dei costi, dei margini e dei tempi previsti, della qualità dei risultati “deliverati”.Retribuzione: commisurata all’esperienza del candidato, fino ad un massimo di 50 - 55.000 € (Ral).Sede di lavoro: Padova (vicinanze ovest) o, in subordine, Milano città (MM3) o Bologna. Disponibilità a trasferte, non troppo frequenti, essenzialmente nel Nord Italia. Smartworking: 1 – 2 giorni / settimana, compatibilmente con le esigenze di lavoro.Requisiti:Formazione tecnica, preferibile una Laurea in discipline tecniche / informatiche.Esperienza e competenze nello sviluppo di software applicativo (meglio se in ambiti quali ECM;Document Management e simili).Padronanza di linguaggi, Data Base, Sistemi Operativi, ambienti di sviluppo.Esperienza di Project Management, possibilmente maturata in ambito Delivery / System Integration. Confidenza con tools e metodologie di Project Management (Waterfall e/o Agile);gradite certificazioni.Interesse per un ruolo di relazione costante con i clienti.Familiarità con la lingua inglese.Disponibilità a saltuarie trasferte, essenzialmente nel Nord Italia.
