Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen technischen Berater für Digitalisierung und Bau für die Region Italien.AufgabenSelbstständige und unabhängige Projektleitung und -bearbeitung zur Unterstützung der Kollegen im AußendienstTechnische Schulung, Beratung von Entscheidungsträgern im Bereich Bau und Planung von Wohn- und GeschäftsgebäudenKommunikation der Systemvorteile, z.B. an Architekten, Bauherren etc.Beratung und konstruktive Unterstützung von Architekten, Bauherren, Planungsbüros und Kunden bei der ProjektentwicklungUnterstützung des technischen und kaufmännischen Außendienstes bei technischen ProgrammenTechnische Beratung der Partner, z.B. zu U-Wert, Schallschutz, bauphysikalischen Informationen zu Kunststoff-Fenstern und -Türen, Einbruchschutz, etc.Erstellung von statischen Vorbemessungen und Leistungsverzeichnissen mit hauseigener Konstruktionssoftware für Fenster und TürenErstellung von Detailzeichnungen in AutoCADUnterstützung von Architekten bei der Erstellung von BIM-Modellen mit der hauseigenen PlanungssoftwareIhr ProfilAbgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung in einem technischen Bereich oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker im Bereich Bau (Bauingenieur, Bautechniker), Ingenieurwesen o.ä. oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit einschlägiger BerufserfahrungCAD- und Office-KenntnisseAnwenderkenntnisse in AutoCADGrundkenntnisse in Revit und ArchiCAD sowie Vorkenntnisse in BIM sind wünschenswertGewandtheit im Umgang mit Personen, Partnern und Kunden, repräsentatives AuftretenZuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit, VertrauenswürdigkeitReisebereitschaftSehr gute Kenntnisse der italienischen Sprache in Wort und SchriftGute Deutsch- und / oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftUnsere BenefitsWir bieten Ihnen eine leistungsgerechte Vergütung (inkl.
