We recruit seasoned finance professionals, project developers, and operators to lead projects across all stages of the project life cycle. Job Description We are seeking an MV/HV Engineer Manager to oversee MV and HV components, designs, and specs of renewable energy projects, primarily solar PV and battery storage. The role involves managing the MV/HV design team from development to commissioning. Key Responsibilities Design Development – develop conceptual designs for substations and interconnections. Permitting and Procurement Support – manage preliminary studies, coordinate engineering consultants, and support procurement during the RFP process. Commissioning Support – provide on‑site commissioning support, punch list development, and performance testing plans. Requirements / Qualifications Electrical engineering degree or equivalent. 8+ years of professional experience in generation interconnection design, development, construction, and analysis. Proficiency in AutoCAD and ETAP; knowledge of MV/HV standards and codes. Excellent communication, task management, and planning skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects.
