We support Web3 start‑ups through an Accelerator Program and upgrade ecosystems by injecting liquidity into DeFi, RWA, and NFT protocols.Mission statementWe are seeking a highly motivated Innovation Researcher (coding required) to join Keyrock’s corporate development team. In this newly created role, you will identify, develop and prototype new innovations in the digital asset space.Job DescriptionEvaluate new Web3.0 primitives and align their engineering requirements with the CorpDev team’s growth outcomes.Conduct technology due diligence to assess viability and strategic fit of potential deals and partnerships.Build and maintain systems, aligning with the broader Keyrock team to understand cross‑division compatibility and company synergies.Use data to track emerging technologies and market trends.Background And ExperienceDemonstrated experience in the crypto industry, such as Engineer, Protocol Developer or Quant Trader within blockchain or digital asset companies, with a passion for crypto and capital markets.Strong understanding of Web3.0 and broader emerging technologies.Recruitment PhilosophyWe value self‑awareness and powerful communication skills.
