You will collaborate closely with team members to drive student recruitment and enrollment through a mix of B2B (e.g., partnerships with agencies and international networks) and B2C activities, with the ultimate goal of enrolling students and achieving commercial targets for our high-value fashion education programs. This role involves consultative sales and student guidance, supporting prospective students through their journey to enrollment in our innovative three-year, one-year, master and short courses, while providing market feedback to suggest improvements in sales approaches and product development. Key Responsibilities Orientation and Deal Closing (Sales) Activities: Manage lead qualification and follow-up from initial contact, including orientation interviews, CRM-driven recontact actions, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process. Apply sales principles such as conducting thorough needs analysis to uncover prospect motivations, crafting compelling value propositions that emphasize Moodart's unique selling points (USPs), effectively handling objections, and leveraging competitor knowledge to dismantle their offerings in favor of ours. Evaluate pipelines and contribute to implementing strategies to boost conversion rates, while gathering market feedback to suggest enhancements in sales tactics and product offerings. Stakeholder Management: As an integral part of Moodart, you will instruct and learn from stakeholders in the marketing team, academic secretariat, and faculty, staying engaged with Moodart's teaching methods, outcomes, and student results—learning their dreams and successes to leverage them in consultations with new prospects. Internationalization Support: Assist in creating and managing a network of international partners, contributing to the school's global expansion efforts through relationship building and collaboration with agencies and other entities to drive enrollments. Promotional Activities: Support the organization and management of online and on-site events like open days, fairs, school orientations, and webinars. Product-specific Ownership: If specialized on a specific product/program, take ownership by contributing to the development of the product, identifying and participating in relevant fairs (in collaboration with the internal marketing and events teams), organizing open days for your product segment, and handling sales-oriented aspects of school orientations, fairs, webinars, and closing meetings with decision makers. Pipeline Management & Business Insights: Clearly explain the status of your sales pipeline, identify critical issues and opportunities, and contribute to marketing positioning and business growth through proactive suggestions based on market interactions. Business Development: Identify new opportunities in B2B (e.g., partnerships with schools, institutions, private or public, corporate accounts or agencies) and B2C (direct student outreach), using a consultative approach to sell high-value programs. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead conversion to closing, while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Skills and Requirements Passion for fashion and education , with strong communication and relational skills. Proven experience in sales of high-value products and services is essential; candidates without prior sales experience will not be considered. Experience in the fashion industry or education sectors is a significant advantage—the more relevant experience you have, the higher your chances of being invited for an interview. Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory; English and other skills will be tested during the interview process. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Comfortable with technology and digital tools , including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite; strong typing skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple devices and screens (e.g., phone, multiple monitors) simultaneously. Goal-driven with a focus on achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, such as call volume, call duration, and revenue targets; proficient in using VOIP software for high-speed calling, with comfort in call recording for performance monitoring and training purposes. Entrepreneurial mindset : proactive and goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative team-player attitude. This is a key player role requiring active and dynamic contributions—you will not be sidelined but expected to take initiative, seek out and develop necessary resources independently when needed, focus on taking ownership and delivering results. Flexibility and willingness to travel within Italy (and potentially abroad in the future, based on the success of B2B pipeline development).
