When the Project Quality Manager is not assigned, you coordinate the entire project quality activities implementation ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.Location: Project-based (International assignments)Experience Level: Mid to Senior (5-12 years)Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Quality Manager in defining and implementing the Project Quality Management System (PQMS)Plan and implement Quality Assurance activities across the projectConduct external audits to Vendors and Subcontractors' Quality Management SystemsPlan and supervise quality audits across all project processesReview contracts and identify quality requirements during tender and execution phasesEnsure quality requirements are incorporated into vendor and subcontractor contractsManage non-conformities and promote corrective/preventive actionsLead quality investigations to eliminate potential non-conformitiesManage Cost of Non-Quality processConduct Quality Training activities and ensure awareness of quality requirements within project teamsCollect and analyze project quality data to organize Project Quality Management ReviewsManage lessons learned process through company tools (Reflex)Implement customer satisfaction processesReport project quality data to Company's Quality Manager using corporate methodologiesQualificationsEducation & Certification:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical fieldISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferredExperience5-12 years in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance rolesExperience in oil & gas, construction, or engineering project environmentsProven background in quality audits and QMS implementationContract review and quality requirements evaluation experienceTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemsUnderstanding of industry standards (ASTM, ASME, AWS, API, etc.)Experience with Quality Control Plans and project quality proceduresFamiliarity with quality improvement tools and methodologiesProficiency in quality management software and reporting toolsCore CompetenciesProject quality coordination and activity monitoringQuality audit planning and executionProcess analysis and procedure developmentContinual improvement methodologiesContract requirements review and analysisTraining delivery and facilitationAdditional InformationIn SEGULA Technologies, la diversità, l'equità e l'inclusione sono al centro della nostra politica delle risorse umane.
