Entrerai nel team di Engineering Service Platforms, lavorando su tematiche legate alla rete fissa e ai servizi di comunicazione. In particolare, cerchiamo un profilo con competenze VOIP e protocollo SIP, che possa operare su piattaforme di Voice Mail e Messaging (non è richiesta esperienza specifica sulle singole piattaforme utilizzate). Il ruolo prevede attività di ingegneria quali raccolta e gestione delle richieste, stesura di High Level Design (HLD), coordinamento con i vendor, collaborazione con le altre aree di ingegneria, con i team IT e con le operation.
