Account Specialist

Our customer is a leading international medical technology company developing minimally invasive devices for patients.As part of their expansion, we are looking for an Account Specialist who will support them in Southern Bavaria. Their role will be to assist the assigned customer base and boost sales and profitability in the endoscopy area. This should be achieved by implementing the local sales and marketing strategy agreed with the endoscopy team.The company offers a great corporate culture with a lot of freedom to make decisions and the opportunity to advance your career with further development opportunities.Key responsibilities: • Represent the endoscopy area to the customer group assigned to them.• Expand the business with a clear focus on profitability for new and existing customers.• Provide services to all relevant customer departments that sell products within the endoscopy product portfolio to clinical and non-clinical customers.• Explore and develop relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.• Work closely with the Clinical Support Specialist & Commercial Business Manager.• Monitor market share and activities of competitors in assigned territory.To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following job profile: • Fluent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.• Endoscopy experience desirable.• Medical sales experience preferred.• Good communication and teamwork skills.• Good knowledge of Microsoft• Excellent organizational skills• High self-motivation
