Here’s what they said:“When you start as an Associate Consultant you’ll help build applications to solve a client’s business need. Building the application includes everything from a kickoff meeting to understand the client (their business and the problem we’re solving) as well as planning and executing the technical process and working out the steps we need to take to reach completion. We call this a project. When working on a project you’ll regularly meet and collaborate with other Appian consultants working on the same project to define the work that needs to be done to build out the application. You work on one project at a time in a development team. Development is predominantly done in Appian SAIL and we use the Appian platform to make these applications. You’ll learn all about our platform during the academy training that takes place in the US.
