This is an exciting opportunity for those who wish to work for a stable, well-established company that builds transformational technologies within the revolutionary domain of IoT.ResponsabilitàSupport daily operations of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP at regional level System / Business support during period close activities Coordinating with global IT teams in multiple time zones for issue resolution Work with business to test the support fixes and to get approval to migrate changes to Production Participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP rollout to other regions, as required Prepare functional and technical documentation Develop SQL script to query data from Applications / databases Develop simple reports using SQL Manage local external IT vendor Own and manage all activities related to changes / enhancement in systems (Participate in gathering business requirements, communicating to system vendors, documentation, etc.) Any other activities relating to IT business supportResponsibilities Include But Not Limited ToOwn all the Oracle ERP support related activities at the region-level Manage end-to-end system processes spanning across multiple applications such as Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM and Integration layers Provide technical and business support in month and period closing activities Develop and maintain excellent relationship with business community Responsibility for implementing a comprehensive ERP business applications strategy supporting global functions Continuous improvement of the business and related system processes Ensuring successful delivery of new capabilities and solutions that users love and will scale with CalAmp long-term Collaborate with strategic and tactical local vendors.
