Hotel Manager – 4 Star Hotel, Rome Adecco Italia SpA is seeking a Hotel Manager for a prestigious 4‑star hotel in Rome. The hotel serves business travelers with proximity to major commercial and industrial hubs and easy access to the capital’s main arteries and airports. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the hotel’s various departments. Plan and control the operational budget, ensuring the achievement of financial objectives. Supervise accounting and administrative processes, verifying the correctness of records and compliance with accounting principles. Identify and propose solutions to improve administrative and managerial processes proactively. Monitor guest satisfaction, handling complaints and guaranteeing high service standards. Develop and implement growth strategies, continuous improvement and competitive positioning in the market. Manage relationships with business and leisure clients, providing a personalized premium service. Requirements Substantial experience as a Hotel Manager or in an equivalent role, preferably with a similarly rated property. In‑depth knowledge of hospitality industry and hotel operational dynamics. Knowledge of accounting principles and experience overseeing administrative processes. Good command of English; additional languages considered a plus. Proficiency with hotel management software and general IT tools.
