Bring your unique energy to our team of more than 21,000 people worldwide, and discover a rewarding, fulfilling, and varied career that you can take in anywhere you want to go.Job PurposeWorks autonomously and on complex installation, testing and repairing of new and reworked TechnipFMC and Competitors products (equipment and tools)Job DescriptionInstalls, tests and repairs new and reworked TechnipFMC and Competitors products (equipment and tools)Handles customer comments, requests and complaintsProvides sales support ensuring the customer is fully informed of all aspects of the jobCompletes Field Service Orders (FSO) and Field Spare Parts Tickets (FSPT) and accountable for the timely submission of these and other revenue generating documentsAssures all quality issues and documentation (equipment and procedural defects) is communicated and sent back to Company's Service ManagementCompletes field documentation after the completion of each service jobProvides Project Support as required, handles project issues as they arise which eliminates downtimePrepares and completes safety related documentation. Pursues safe work practices.May mentor or instruct less experienced team members and / or customers in and out of the fieldYou are meant for this job if :High school diploma or equivalent technical diplomaMinimum 7 years of experience in field service technician roleAdvanced knowledge of one or more of the following fields : hydraulics equipment; mechanical equipment and toolsAbility to read and understand drawingsAble to perform moderate complex calculationsAbility to use and understand technical tools and instruments and perform basic troubleshootingKnowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted internal business processes and proceduresFluent French and English languages in writing and verballyMS Office applicationsSkillsBeing a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
