Role Overview As a SaaS Portfolio Revenue Analyst at team.blue, you will play a pivotal role in driving data standardization and analysis to support critical decision‑making processes that impact marketing, sales, and product strategies across our diverse SaaS portfolio companies. Collaborating closely with the central data team and various stakeholders in team.blue and our portfolio companies, you will focus on analyzing revenue and customer volume trends, identifying both short‑term and long‑term changes in customer performance, and providing actionable insights to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, average revenue per customer (ARPC), new customer acquisition volumes, customer acquisition cost (CAC) and conversion rates. Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the portfolio team to determine evolution in data insight requirements. Ensure consistent data structures and accurate reporting across the organization with the central data team and business control. Collaborate with different SaaS portfolio companies to gather and validate data inputs for analysis. Analyze revenue trends, customer volume fluctuations, and behavior patterns to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges across team.blue's SaaS brands. Track and report on key performance metrics related to revenue and customer volume, centrally and with brand variations. Identify short‑term and long‑term changes in customer performance and value. Develop insights into customer segments, behaviors, and preferences to drive targeted strategies for sales and marketing teams. Support quarterly forecasting and budgeting processes to set and challenge revenue targets for brands across the SaaS division. Use LTV / CAC as a guiding principle to help prioritize team.blue’s investments in revenue growth. Translate data analysis into actionable insights and recommendations for key stakeholders and decision‑makers. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement data‑driven strategies. Focus on optimizing KPIs such as New Customers, LTV, churn rate, ARPC, CAC. Work with key stakeholders to identify board‑level KPIs and day‑to‑day operational KPIs. Provide recommendations to improve customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Create clear and visually appealing dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively. Present findings and analysis to management and other relevant stakeholders. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to data analysis and business intelligence. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency. Required Skills And ExperienceCuriosity and a proactive mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and make data‑driven decisions. Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with revenue and customer performance metrics and the ability to draw actionable insights from data analysis. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology‑driven environment. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful reports and dashboards. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
