PURCHASING AUXILIAR TRAINEE

We are offering a traineeship for a position of Purchasing Auxilar in our Finance department.Functions will include:Placing purchase orders based on requests from different departments.Monitoring the approval process for these orders and their shipment.Requesting quotes, grouping orders, reviewing prices.Liaising with suppliers.Issuing and reviewing reports related to consumption.Stock control.Other duties required by the position.Offriamo un tirocinio per una posizione di Assistente Acquisti nel nostro dipartimento Finance.Le principali attività includeranno:Emissione degli ordini di acquisto sulla base delle richieste dei diversi dipartimenti.Monitoraggio del processo di approvazione e della spedizione degli ordini.Richiesta di preventivi, raggruppamento degli ordini, verifica dei prezzi.Gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori.Emissione e revisione dei report relativi ai consumi.Controllo delle giacenze.Altre attività previste dal ruolo.Requirements:The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:Studying a Degree in Finance or Administration and Management.A scientific degree is preferred (Biology, Chemistry).Knowledge of Excel and some accounting software, (Netsuite, SAP, etc …).Having an intermediate level of spoken and written English.Knowledge of Spanish is desirable.Il candidato ideale deve soddisfare i seguenti requisiti:Background accademico in ambito scientifico (Biologia/Chimica) considerato un plus.Preferibile Laurea scientifica (Biologia, Chimica).Conoscenza di Excel e di un software contabile (Netsuite, SAP, ecc.).Livello intermedio di inglese parlato e scritto (B1).Gradita la conoscenza dello spagnolo.#J-18808-Ljbffr
