Plus, take advantage of employee training programs and wellness initiatives to stay at the top of your game.What you’ll doLead on-site execution of $50M+ ESPC projects at U.S. military bases.Manage all construction phases from mobilization to commissioning.Maintain daily communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.Enforce safety plans, submittal processes, and QA / QC standards.Provide biweekly reports and risk assessments to senior management.What you’ll needAt least 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on federal military projects.Proven track record in managing energy service performance contracts (ESPCs), ideally involving advanced energy solutions like solar or microgrids.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate large teams and drive projects to successful completion.About the company They are a U.S. operation of a truly global utility company, focused on business-to-business energy solutions.
