Mercor is seeking an HR Expert for a remote contract role. You will lead complex HR scenarios across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation design, and workforce planning, applying US and international standards.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an HR leader or CHRO, hands-on experience with HRIS/tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and benchmarking methods (Radford, Mercer), and a track record of owning major talent programs in large organizations.
