You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture, assisting the HR Manager in all administrative and operational matters related to employees and their experience at San Clemente Palace Venice.Your main responsibilities will include: -Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes for all hotel departments -Coordinating training sessions, maintaining training records, and assisting with performance management activities -Preparing HR reports, maintaining personnel files, and updating HR databases -Ensuring compliance with labor regulations, internal procedures, and brand standards -Assisting with payroll preparation and time & attendance tracking -Promoting employee engagement through communication initiatives and internal events -Serving as a point of contact for staff inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality -Supporting the HR Manager in implementing HR projects and strategic initiativesWhat We're Looking For -Previous experience in an HR support or supervisory role, ideally within luxury hospitality -Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR administrative processes -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail -Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality in a multicultural environment -Positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine passion for people -Fluent in Italian and English (other languages are an advantage) -Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and HR software systemsWhat We Offer -A key role within one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury resorts -Opportunity to work in a stunning historical property immersed in art, culture, and heritage -Competitive compensation and benefits package -Professional growth and development opportunities -Accommodation, meals, uniform, and other on-property benefits -A supportive and international team environment where excellence is celebratedApply NowReady to grow your HR career in Venice?
