What will you help us create?Key Job ResponsibilitiesManaging cross‑functional initiatives, organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations (Transportation, BI, Operations, Finance, etc.) and stakeholders.Partnering with key supply chain experts across DGL to lead, support, and influence new business initiatives to help K‑Flex scale globally.Building strong partnerships with 3PL operation field leaders to identify opportunities to innovate new technology and scale productively with new initiatives.Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and financial drivers.Work with cross‑functional teams and 3PL to remove daily operational obstacles.Driving consistency in operations with network process standardization.Evaluating global warehouse topology and facility design; communicating results through MBR/QBR to senior leadership.Traveling as required.A day in the lifeThe role requires project management skills and the ability to own and execute strategic, cross‑functional plans in support of the global K‑Flex team. The candidate will communicate with senior leadership on status, risks, and process changes. The base pay ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
