We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our Global team based in Milan . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating key projects with European customers. Role Overview As a Marketing Project Manager , you will support the execution of marketing projects by coordinating internal teams, monitoring timelines, and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly. You’ll work closely with Senior Project Managers to help deliver projects on time and within scope, gaining exposure to structured project management processes and international marketing environments. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of marketing projects Coordinate internal teams and ensure tasks are clearly assigned and tracked Monitor timelines, deadlines, and project progress Update project documentation, schedules, and status reports Assist in supervising campaign execution and deliverables Identify and flag potential risks, delays, or issues to senior stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows and processes Requirements Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing and Communications) Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in the B2B space Fluency in English at a professional level (written and spoken) is essential, as the role operates in an international environment Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Clear and effective communication skills Proactive, flexible, and team player Curious and eager to learn Working model hybrid Assignment and compensation will be assessed and in line with the candidate's experience and skills.
