Safely operate the production tool that is a Data Center and provide customers with all required support. Act as the management relay to the operational teams.Your MissionsYou direct the resources allocated to the site(s) to ensure expected results (customer satisfaction, infrastructure reliability, site budget, key performance indicators, etc.) are achieved according to directives.You manage the teams (daily management, scheduling, skills, training, communication...).You ensure, in coordination with the customer installation team, that implementation proceeds in accordance with the contract, within the required deadlines, and with the expected quality, for maximum customer satisfaction.You maintain the customer relationship, in close coordination with the \"Customer Installation and Support\" team, as well as with the \"Sales\" team.You are responsible at the site level for the effectiveness of energy usage (PUE); you lead projects to improve power usage effectiveness (PUE) and communicate country-level reports on the progress made on this key performance indicator.You regularly assess (or oversee the assessment of) the site's service continuity levels.You meticulously track the used capacity against the capacity reserved for future growth, across all points of the site's technical facilities.You guarantee that the right panel of suppliers/subcontractors offering competitive prices is in place at the site at all times.Your ProfileEngineering degree or equivalent Master's level qualification (Bac+5), preferably in electrical engineering.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a datacenter, telecommunications, or 24/7 operational environment.Fluent or bilingual English is mandatory.Deep skills in general electricity and mastery of Excel.Strong team management and leadership skills.Who We AreDigital Realty facilitates the convergence of businesses and data by offering a complete range of datacenter, colocation, and interconnection solutions.
