Ensure air conditioning for both production and offices. Ensure maintenance activities for all the buildings.Main Responsibilities UTILITIES MAINTENANCECoordinates interventions in area of competence to achieve the objectives of efficiency of the machinery and identify new opportunity of improving serviceEnsures repairing and maintenance of utilities in the PlantSupports planning of the preventive maintenance regarding utilities and buildings and its relative actions to ensure its proper workingConstantly controls the system of fulfilled maintenance interventionsSupports the responsible for maintenance services in the working out of the budget of maintenance in his area of competenceVerifies the maintenance cost trends and analyze variations vs budgetMonitoring Plant KPIs to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and reliability of maintenance processes and company assetsEnsure the monitoring of maintenance work undertaken by external companies in order to guarantee optimal execution of in terms of quality and safetyENERGY AND DISTRUBUTION OF FLUIDSResponsible for the distribution of electricity and different fluids : water steam, air in accordance with the environment standardsAnalyses consumption of energy to respect international agreements about the greenhouse effect and KPI portal and system updateSupervise maintenance of security alarm and video surveillance system installationsGather and maintain information and archive for SMETA, FM Global, ISO and related auditsNEW PROJECTSSupports the responsible of new works to develop and realize new projects of improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of machinery of the PlantExercise direct supervision of new investments, fabricating, maintaining and repairing of building(s)Studies and proposes new machinery or equips existing ones with an aim of reducing costs of productionWho we are looking for The successful candidate will be an experienced subject matter expert in maintenance / workplace safety and energy / environment related topics. The candidate must be a self-starter and possessing the ability to manage multiple complex projects and tasks simultaneously. You will have strong knowledge of Engineering best practice and be a Technically strong and experienced Engineering Specialist of the function.REQUIREDDegree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or equivalentManagement experience in maintenance department (5+ years)Experience in personnel management (3+ years)Proven track record of delivering improved equipment / department performanceItalian mandatory and fluent in English(any other European language is a plus)International mobilityHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
