We are dedicated to providing expert, compassionate care to women of all ages experiencing perimenopause, menopause, PMS, or PMDD.We operate physical clinics in Stratford‑upon‑Avon and Central London, and also deliver a large volume of virtual consultations—allowing us to reach and support women across the UK.We are currently recruiting a Sales Ledger Lead (fixed‑term contract) to join our finance team .Our VisionImproving the health, wellbeing and lives of all women.Our MissionOur vision will be achieved by us continuing to listen, educate, empower and enable women to have choice and control over their support and wellbeing – they are at the heart of everything we do.RoleThe role of Sales Ledger LeadAs the Sales Ledger lead you will have responsibility for the Sales Ledger.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLine management responsibilities for the Sales Ledger ClerkOverall responsibility for the Sales Ledger, including but not limited to:Maintenance and updating of the invoicing spreadsheetInvoicing patients after appointmentsInvoicing patients for additional services such as blood testsSending debt reminders to patients with outstanding balances, including debt lettersAccurate reporting of debtorsReporting on
