Your role As Sales Data Manager you will be the go-to person for managing, analyzing and optimizing sales data to support strategic decisions and improve commercial performance. You will work closely with the Sales & Logistics team and collaborate with Finance and Marketing to ensure data quality, consistency and timeliness. Your responsibilities Managing adoptions and sales data flows and ensuring data integrity across company systems Analyzing trends, KPIs and performance to provide actionable insights for commercial strategies Preparing reports and dashboards for management and operational teams Collaborating with the Sales team to optimize forecasting and planning processes Supporting pricing, promotions and campaign initiatives through data analysis Ensuring data compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Coordinating projects to improve reporting systems and tools Working with local and international teams to standardize processes and share best practices What we expect from you Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Management, Engineering or related fields 5 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations or similar roles Strong knowledge of BI and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL) Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations Attention to detail and commitment to data quality Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Understanding of sales and logistics processes Fluent in Italian and English What we offer A key role with direct impact on commercial performance A dynamic environment with professional growth opportunities Competitive salary package with bonus and benefits The chance to contribute to innovation in the education sector Interested Apply here and help us improve commercial efficiency through data-driven insights.
