Previous experience as a Personal Shopper or within luxury retail (an existing client base is a plus). Strong knowledge of fashion, luxury brands and premium products. A genuine passion for client service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to connect with an international clientele. A professional appearance with a warm, confident and polished approach. Excellent English and Italian language skills – written and spoken (additional languages are welcomed). Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. A proactive, solution-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence. Confidence using Microsoft Office and Outlook. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
