Title: Commercial Director - Animal Health Location: Italy - Remote with expectation to travel within ItalyPackage: €100,000 (negotiable) + Bonus (Package dependent on experience)Reports to: CEOResponsibilitiesCommercial Director opening with a global pharmaceutical manufacturer operating within the veterinary / animal health market.Responsible for managing a team of 100+, with 8 direct reports across Italy.Manage relationships with distributors, veterinary clinics, pet shops, pharmacies, and wholesalers.Identify and seize new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally.Responsible for preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.Requirements:Must have experience within the Animal Health industry - specifically the companion animal sector alongside Bovine and Equine as a plusMust have proven experience leading sales teams.Strong understanding of international distribution channels.
