Senior Manager Strategic Advisory and Corporate Finance Join to apply for the Senior Manager Strategic Advisory and Corporate Finance role at Prometeia Prometeia, one of the leading European companies in Risk and Wealth Management solutions and services for institutional investors, is looking for a resource to be included in the Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team. The team offers its services mainly to financial intermediaries active on the national territory, carrying out projects in particular in the following areas: Strategic business planning: definition of business strategies and preparation of business plans M&A advisory: advisory in all phases of an extraordinary finance operation, from market scouting to the valuation of individual assets/companies, from operational support in the M&A process to negotiation support for the conclusion of deals. Transformation management: redesign of organizational and operational models, program management for transformation operations, evaluation of sourcing solutions MAIN TASKS: Leading working teams in several project initiatives across various industries, mainly focused on FIG market Day-to-day leadership of complex client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial processes Capacity to analyse client contexts and related business environments, including competitors and market trends Financial, economic and general business knowledge in financial markets Realization of economic-financial and equity projections Identification of most appropriate KPIs for monitoring business performance Evaluation of the economic value of banking and industrial operators, company branches, individual portfolios, in the context of extraordinary operations Drafting of documents functional to business development and expert opinion, as an independent third party Estimation models and quantitative analysis on economic-financial and equity aspects EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES: Degree with excellent marks in economic/financial and engineering management subjects At least 6-7 years of experience in advising banks, financial intermediaries or companies on corporate strategy and extraordinary finance matters Fluency in English.
