L'azienda distribuisce i propri prodotti in oltre 90 paesi.ResponsabilitàCerchiamo un Firmware Engineer Mid-Level per il team R&D .Il ruolo richiede autonomia crescente e supporto tecnico ai colleghi junior per:Progettare, sviluppare e testare firmware per sistemi embedded IoT complessiSviluppare firmware ad alte prestazioni in C/C++Implementare architetture firmware modulari e scalabiliRealizzare driver hardware e gestire protocolli seriali (I2C, I2S, SPI, USART)Collaborare con l'hardware team per integrazione e debug elettronicoDiagnosticare anomalie hardware/firmware; leggere schemi elettronici; usare oscilloscopio,Documentare codice e progetti (Doxygen, schemi tecnici)Definire strategie di testing & validazioneMentoring e supporto tecnico a sviluppatori juniorPartecipare alla definizione di specifiche tecniche e requisiti di sistemaLaurea magistrale in Ingegneria Informatica, Elettronica o simili (preferita);Laurea triennale con esperienza >5 anni;Esperienza4-6 anni nello sviluppo firmware embedded su sistemi IoT di media-alta complessitàProgettazione e sviluppo su RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr o equivalenti): schedulazione task,gestione risorse, debug real-time;Diagnostica hardware/firmware e uso strumenti di laboratorio;C/C++ avanzatoDriver software e bus serialiPattern architetturali firmware e best practicesSviluppo e debug RTOS su microcontrolloriCompetenze preferenzialiEsperienza sviluppo software di supporto in Python e FlutterTeamwork e mentoring junior;Autonomia e organizzazione;Inglese fluente (scritto e parlato)Crescita professionale e formazione continuaModalità di lavoro in presenza e remote workingTeam dinamico e internazionaleRetribuzione competitiva commisurata all'esperienzaPercorsi verso technical leadership o specializzazioneSede di lavoroRoma EURTipo di contrattoTempo pieno#J-18808-Ljbffr
