The Position Reporting directly to the store management team, the Sales Associate will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process. Manage relationships with an international customer base, providing details about PVH Italy's products and values. Use effective sales techniques to achieve set goals. Promote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador. Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work climate. Assist in maintaining Visual Merchandising standards. Check stock on the sales floor and replace it when necessary to ensure a full range of products and sizes are available. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Sales Associate in a retail environment. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English. Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff. Enthusiastic about fashion and the dynamic retail world. Registered under the list of CATEGORIE PROTETTE as per L. 68 / 99.
