The Role We are looking for a Corporate IT Team Lead (System Administrator) – a strategic, hands‑on, and motivated leader passionate about building and scaling IT excellence across the organization. Responsibilities Build and operate an IT Service Management (ITSM) – define processes, handle and prioritize support requests, and ensure a smooth user experience. Plan and control the IT department budget, ensuring cost efficiency and strategic investments. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including contract management and renewals. Manage and maintain office infrastructure, including hardware firewalls, network equipment, and user devices (with MDM, Asset Manager, and Apple Business Manager, etc.). Administer Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Google Admin (users, groups, distribution lists, licenses, and backups). Manage key service providers (e.g. Atlassian Cloud, Auth0, etc.) and support with new providers’ onboarding. Collaborate with other departments in support of case resolution workflow. Qualifications 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and improve processes. Willingness to work hands‑on and take ownership of operational and technical tasks. Proactive, results‑oriented, and effective in collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
