Job Openings Procurement & Expeditor Coordinator - (Offshore) - Energy, Oil & Gas ProjectAbout the job Procurement & Expeditor Coordinator - (Offshore) - Energy, Oil & Gas Project General Description of Role and Responsibilities:Coordinate procurement activities for projects in the MENA and Europe regions, including sourcing, bidding, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.Expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.Monitor and track project budgets and expenses related to procurement.Collaborate with project managers and other team members to identify procurement needs and develop procurement plans.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and international laws and regulations.Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors, and evaluate their capabilities and pricing.Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.Assist with contract negotiations and manage contract changes and amendmentsProvide regular updates and reports on procurement activities to project managers and senior management.Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.Work experience of 8+years in the sought discipline after earning the BSc degree.Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.#J-18808-Ljbffr
