Job title : Construction Manager | Freelance Location : Siena, Tuscany Currie & Brown Italy is seeking a Construction Manager to support a high-profile hospitality project in Tuscany. The role is offered as a freelance consultancy. Regular on-site presence at the project location is required. Requirements Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, a technical diploma, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing mid-scale construction projects; hospitality sector experience is a strong plus. Proven experience with permitting processes and interactions with public authorities. Excellent technical writing skills, strong client-management capabilities, and effective communication both internally and externally. A collaborative mindset, along with reliability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Activities Verify work progress (SAL) in line with project schedule and budget. Management of a multi-contractor schedule. Review multidisciplinary construction drawings and assess progress of works. Lead meetings with contractors, suppliers, site teams, and the client. Manage procurement activities. Perform snagging activities and support final commissioning. Oversee and coordinate daily on-site construction activities. About Us Why choose Currie & Brown?
