Business Development/Sales Representative MYS – international yacht agency based in Italy, Monaco, Spain, USA, Caribbean and Maldives is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development/Sales Representative to join our team. While the position is formally based in Ventimiglia, the role requires frequent travel between the various company offices and other destinations for yacht shows, events and business development purposes. Responsibilities Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market; Participate in business trips to find new clients and develop new partnerships; Act as the liaison between our clients and the Operations team; Build long‑term trusting relationships with clients at a high standard; Ensure proper after‑sales service; Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience; Participate in boat shows and events; Requirements Fluent in English (C1 level is mandatory); Fluent in Italian (C1 level is mandatory); Willing to travel for long periods; Proven work experience in the yachting industry (at least 2 years), preferably as a Business Development/Sales Representative or similar role; Driver’s license – must be willing to travel by car when needed; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask; Problem‑solving and can‑do attitude; Proactive and flexible person (time and travel); Must be able to work independently and interface with other departments; Available to start as soon as possible.
