The manager partners with the Finance Shared Service Organization and the business, delivers existing services with high accuracy, timeliness and controllership, and supports business growth. Leading a team of ~25 resources, this position provides overall leadership and direction to the team and requires strong business modeling, attention to detail and a proven track record for hiring, developing and retaining talent. Key Responsibilities Performs autonomously, initiates and manages complex, departmental and/or cross‑company work. Manages group workload and establishes priorities. Sets and improves policies and procedures, maintains full compliance and implements best practices. Serves as a consultant or lead on projects and areas of finance or business support. Act as an escalation point in resolving complex outstanding issues with internal and external business partners. Participates in recruiting efforts and continually raises the bar. Drives execution of vision and goals for the team and is a significant role in career development of the team. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience. 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses. 4+ years of building financial and operational reports / data sets that inform business decision‑making. 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis. 3+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 3+ members. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results. 4+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating / implementing an escalation plan.
