La risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento per il team di sviluppo, garantendo qualità del codice, rispetto delle best practice e supporto nella definizione delle architetture applicative. Responsabilità principali Coordinare il team di sviluppo su progetti basati suPASS Insurance . Definire e supervisionare le soluzioni tecniche, assicurando scalabilità e manutenibilità. Collaborare con analisti funzionali e stakeholder per tradurre i requisiti in specifiche tecniche. Gestire code review, standard di sviluppo e integrazione con sistemi esterni. Supportare il team nella risoluzione di problematiche complesse. Requisiti Esperienza comprovata su piattaforma PASS Insurance(moduli polizze, sinistri, CRM). Conoscenza dei processi assicurativi (rami Vita e Danni). Competenze tecniche in: Java/J2EE ,Spring Boot ,Angular . SQL , PL/SQL, integrazione con DB Oracle. Web Services (REST/SOAP), API. Esperienza ingestione teame code review. Buona conoscenza di strumenti di versioning ( Git ) e metodologie Agile. Laurea in discipline tecnico-scientifiche o equivalente. Soft Skills Leadership e capacità di mentoring. Problem solving e orientamento al risultato. Comunicazione efficace con team e stakeholder.Contratto: Tempo indeterminato CCNL: Metalmeccanica e industria Range R.a.l. : Il Livello e la RAL saranno commisurati all'effettiva esperienza del candidato Sede di lavoro: Remoto (sporadiche presenze presso cliente su Milano) Orario di lavoro: 9:00/18:00 Benefit: Giorni di riposo extra rispetto a quelli stabiliti dal CCNL, BDay off, Period days.
