Adecco LifeScience, divisione specializzata del gruppo Adecco, per realtà operante nel settore farmaceutico specializzata nello sviluppo e la commercializzazione di farmaci, in particolare nelle aree delle neuroscienze e dell'oncologia, ricerca:un/a PV System Governance & IntelligenceL’obiettivo di questa posizione è supportare il team dell’Ufficio QPPV Internazionale nella promozione, mantenimento e miglioramento della conformità agli obblighi normativi e/o legali di farmacovigilanza (PV) applicabili nell’Unione Europea (UE) e nei Territori Internazionali (INT).Responsabilità:- Fornire supporto operativo quotidiano al team dell’Ufficio QPPV Internazionale per contribuire a garantire la supervisione del sistema di farmacovigilanza.- Assistere nella raccolta e nell’organizzazione delle informazioni rilevanti su Paesi, Affiliate (se applicabile) e Partner PV per supportare le attività di espansione globale.- Supportare la collaborazione con i colleghi di Regulatory Affairs Globali e di Drug Safety per contribuire al mantenimento della supervisione delle attività di Espansione Globale e delle QPPV locali nei Territori UE/INT, assicurando l’allineamento ai requisiti PV applicabili.- Assistere nella preparazione, conduzione e follow-up di audit e ispezioni PV- Assistere nello sviluppo, gestione e implementazione di azioni correttive e preventive (CAPA) derivanti da audit e ispezioni PV.- Supportare la gestione di note spese e documentazione finanziaria.- Assistere nell’organizzazione dei viaggi per i membri del team e coordinare la logistica per riunioni, workshop ed eventi, inclusa la preparazione delle agende e delle azioni di follow-up.- Fornire supporto per altre attività correlate all’Ufficio QPPV Internazionale, secondo necessità.Qualifiche:- 1-2 anni di esperienza in ambito Farmacovigilanza (si valutano profili con esperienza di stage)- Ottime capacità organizzative e comunicative- Disponibilità ad apprendere e capacità di gestire più compiti in un ambiente dinamico- Competenza negli strumenti Microsoft Office; la conoscenza dei sistemi di monitoraggio del budget è un plus- Madrelingua italiana; fluente in inglese, scritto e parlato (Liv.
