Job DescriptionRole PurposeExperienced sales professionals responsible (directly or indirectly) for achieving sales targets and promoting the products to medical practitioners and allied health care professionals, linked to the therapeutic area and the territory managed: Sicilia.Your Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include, but not limited to:Accountable for achieving agreed productivity and performance targets within agreed budgets and timescalesDevelop Account business plans and implement related activities like customer events, marketing campaigns, customer meetings necessary to achieve agreed objectivesHave a deep understanding in the respective area and priority products: knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, market access and tender strategy, company developments, customers, and competitorsAchieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through various and digital communication channelsEnsure customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship in accordance with Company proceduresContribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through co-operative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectivesProvide input into effective use of territorial budget and sales forecastingFollow all adverse events guidelines, and Code of Conduct Guidelines as promoted by Sandoz.
