About the Role:As our KAM for Lombardia region your main objective will be to promote the company's product sales. In this role, you will be accountable for providing effective customer service using knowledge of the company's products and services to ensure we meet customer needs.On this role, you will work closely with key external business partners and internal stakeholders.Responsibilities:Maximizing sales and profit through the sale of implants and related products and solutions against the agreed sales plan.Conduct operations of the sales role in line with internal procedure as well as external regulatory guidelines.Strong understanding of the operation of our products, features and benefits.You must have an understanding of the market and the competition so that you can explain how our products are superior.Assist in the build and development of our brand locally, in line with the global marketing strategy.Communication with Supply Chain for the correct supply of promotional materials.Tracking pending orders and offering substitutions to customers.Review together with customer Care orders received from customers and resolve any discrepancies.Communicate to Customer Care any special conditions of an order or a customer so that it can process orders in accordance with our terms and conditions of payment and orders are sent in a timely and appropriate manner to customers.Work closely with Marketing to meet and exceed internal and customer expectations.Report field visit accurately working on providing insights to the territory manager in order to get orientations.Segment his customers in several categories with very detailed information.Point of contact of his customers when it comes to providing the best possible service for any kind of issues the surgeon might have.Be a business partner for his customer to help him grow his activity and revenue.Go in the operating room with customers to create strong relationship, understand their needs and providing helpful advice when using our products.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of Sales in medical devices.Minimum 4 years of experience working with plastic surgeons in public and private sector.Native Italian and professional English languages.Ability to work on field and travel around Lombardia region.Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with other people both inside or outside the organization.Ability to work with CRM.Used to work with reports of field visit, segmentation and sales force effectiveness KPIs.Strong presentation skills.Problem solving mentality and proactively addresses work-related problems.Being dynamic, structured and persistent.Capable of being influential, courteous and have good discussion making skills.Ability to work in team.Strong verbal, written and listening communications skills.Strong ability to follow up and execute.Sense of priority and good organizational skills.Customer Service oriented person.Ability to sell but also to offer business solutions to his customers.Benefits:Interesting & competitive compensation plan.Meal Vouchers.Pension scheme.Health insurance and Life insurance.28 days of annual vacation.Birthday day off.Health & Wellbeing; reimbursement of up to 400 EUR per year for health & wellbeing activities.A lot of autonomy & freedom.Employee assistance program (EAP) – this service offers you and your family support with any work or personal issue, including short‑term professional counselling and connecting you to local resources to help you manage emotional, practical or physical needs.Working for a thriving multinational that is financially very healthy & growing fast.Working in an international environment with different cultures.-------- Please submit your resume in English --------Important Note : This job description includes the necessary aspects required to evaluate this job position.
