The pure concept of Lifestyle combined with Italian hospitality: Hyatt values and Italian tradition HR Manager For the upcoming opening of Thompson Rome by Hyatt , we are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Manager who is eager to lead the Human Resources function in a new, contemporary-spirited hospitality project. Join us during the crucial pre-opening phase and actively contribute to building a strong company culture focused on team well-being and service excellence. What you'll do: Pre-opening management : Coordinate all HR activities related to the hotel opening, including the implementation of time and attendance systems. HR administration and compliance : Ensure full compliance with Italian labor laws, draft employment contracts, define compensation policies, and support the implementation of company policies. Talent acquisition and onboarding : Manage the entire recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring an effective and engaging candidate experience. Employee relations : Be a point of reference for team members, promoting an inclusive, positive, and collaborative work environment. Training and development : Design and implement training plans to enhance employee skills and support professional growth. Performance management : Implement performance evaluation tools and continuous feedback systems to foster employee engagement and recognition. Payroll and benefits : Work closely with the finance team and external providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits administration. Health and safety : Oversee mandatory training programs and occupational health monitoring in accordance with current regulations.
