Job Description:RGM Portfolio Manager (H/F/X)Segment:Royal CaninType of contract:PermanentLocation:Aimargues near Montpellier, FranceWe are looking for a RGM Portfolio Manager to accelerate sales growth by optimizing our current portfolio and shaping the portfolio of the future. This role leverages the flywheel approach to drive sustainable growth and performance. You will play a key role in feeding portfolio performance insights and recommendations into decision‑making forums such as S&OP+, regional forums, and Steercos.What profile we are looking for:Higher degree, preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management.Strong English communication skills.Proven experience in portfolio management and brand building.Hands‑on experience with Flywheel analysis.Strong analytical skills with ability to turn insights into actionable strategies (financial, category, or sales analysis).Highly motivated and able to work independently.Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.What will be your key responsibilities:Lead and manage project plans for portfolio initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Coordinate with local and global teams to align project objectives with portfolio strategy.Facilitate R-PMR processes and prepare escalation materials for G-PMR as needed.Develop and implement sales acceleration strategies for the existing portfolio.Track and report on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and resource availability.Support innovation and renovation projects by managing timelines and stakeholder communications.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure project success.Utilize flywheel metrics to assess project impact and recommend improvements.What can you expect from Mars?You will work in a multicultural environment (more than 40 nationalities) and where your dog will be welcomed by more than 100 other Associates’ dogs at the officeYou will work in a unique campus, which gathers more than 800 Associates working for: the international HQ, the French subsidiary, two laboratories, a kennel and a cattery with more than 200 cats & dogs, and finally the most important factory of the Royal Canin groupSince 2015, no waste to landfill is made by the 16 Royal Canin factories in the worldAll Royal Canin products manufactured in Europe are ISO 14001 certified from design to factory gate#J-18808-Ljbffr
