Overview Senior Consultant - Intelligent Automation - Financial Services - Milano/Bari at EY. This role focuses on delivering intelligent automation solutions that redesign processes, increase efficiency and create measurable value for clients across sectors.Responsibilities Join EY’s Intelligent Automation practice and contribute to projects that go beyond simple task automation, redesigning processes and delivering measurable value for clients.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to analyze requirements, design, prototype and implement end-to-end Intelligent Automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism.Participate in workshops, gather functional/technical needs, and support process redesign activities to identify automation opportunities.Develop robust, scalable automations integrated with client systems, combining RPA, digital workflows, analytics and AI components where applicable.Create rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept demonstrations to illustrate value to clients.Work closely with analysts, developers, architects, process consultants and business stakeholders to become a technical and functional reference point.Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the practice by proposing new ideas, methodologies and reusable assets for future projects.Skills and Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience on leading automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, MS Power Automate, Blue Prism), preferably in a consulting context.Strong knowledge of relational databases.STEM degree (e.g., Computer Engineering, Automation, Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or related).Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in teams and manage client/partner relationships in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in English.What EY Offers Opportunities to work on diverse projects across various industries.Access to extensive training and development opportunities.Professional guidance and support for career progression.Flexible working policy and opportunities to work abroad where applicable.Comprehensive benefits and welfare programs.Note: EY promotes diversity, equity and inclusion and is committed to a fair and accessible work environment.
