Key Responsibilities Implement cutting‑edge optimization solutions for digital ad campaigns, focusing primarily on Google Ads (Search Network, Mobile, YouTube). Create and refine keyword packs, set bids, and manage budgets to ensure the most efficient ad spend for clients. Dive deep into data and trends to generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns for maximum performance. Regularly report on campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements. Develop expertise across Google products, continuously staying ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure top‑notch campaign performance. What We Are Looking For Minimum of 12 months of experience in optimizing digital ad campaigns (preferably on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, or similar). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify optimisation opportunities. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis. Solid understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and how they drive campaign success. German C1 or higher and proficiency in English.
