The company generated 2024 revenues of $3.6 billion.Motion Technologies: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of 4,000; operates in 13 countries) manufactures brake components and specialized sealing solutions, shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive, truck and trailer, public bus and rail transportation markets.Industrial Process: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of 3,400; operates in 30 countries) manufactures engineered fluid process equipment serving a diversified mix of customers in global industries such as chemical, energy, mining and other industrial process markets and is a provider of plant optimization and efficiency solutions and aftermarket services and parts.Connect and Control Technologies: (Revenue of $0.8B; headcount of 3,800; operates in 10 countries) manufactures harsh-environment connector solutions, critical energy absorption, flow control components and composite materials for the aerospace and defense, general industrial, medical and energy markets.Position SummaryReporting to the ITT Strategy & Business Development Manager, the candidate will have the primary function to support the development of Motion Technologies strategy along our 3 pillars (Growth, Innovation and Operational Excellence) that ensure the continued successful growth and profitability of the organization.Essential ResponsibilitiesPreparation of 3-5 year strategic plan in cooperation with main company functions (sales, R&D, operations, etc)Support planning, modeling & execution of strategic projects (like new product launch, new market entry, etc)Act as the team’s main point of contact for market intelligence, preparing on market trends, customer insights, competitor analysis and internal newslettersAssist in analysis and presentation development for ITT’s leadership teamContribute to M&A activities by identifying potential targets, screening new opportunities, developing profiles and business cases, supporting due diligence and preparing financial models and presentationsPosition RequirementsDegree in economics, management or finance is preferredVery good English is a mustHighly motivated, self-starterCurious & willing to learn new things, able to jump on different topics & interact with different functionsAbility to set priorities and manage own time and work to meet deadlinesGood communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts in a concise way (preferred)2–3 years of experience in international companies, with a strong focus on strategic topics and financial modeling.
