Work in Portugal - Customer Care/Italian Market (Remote Job with Accommodation)We are looking for Italian‑speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations & International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment in Lisbon. The role is Customer Support Representative, Remote in Portugal, targeting the Italian‑speaking market.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and callsHandle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete servicesCall users to speed up case resolution and improve communicationPerform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound callsConduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer successMaintain accurate records using CRM toolsAchieve performance goals and respect deadlinesProvide operational feedback and escalate cases when neededSalary Package (With & Without Accommodation)Salary: Up to 1,000 + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year)Relocation support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad)Accommodation OptionStudio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months.
