Our Italian branch operates with a small professional, agile support and sales team. We are hiring a Field Service Technician in the region Novara to ensure a high level support to our customers. Responsibilities learn from experienced Service Technicians how to support and maintain electrical and hydraulic Test Equipment (TE) and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (GSE) build your knowledge how to calibrate, repair and maintain Test Equipment report test and calibration activities technical support of our customers mainly in Italy in collaboration with Austrian colleagues elaboration and review of spare parts packages management of company vehicle, tooling and support equipment Qualifications completed national technical vocational training – ideally electrical bias experience in the field of electrics preferred willingness and ability to travel within Italy and abroad (50 % working in the Novara region and 50 % travelling in Italy and abroad) openness and enjoyment of customer contact computer and MS Office skills Benefits opportunity to work within an innovative, internationally operating family-owned company extensive training and supported learning from our Italian Service Technicians trainings at the headquarter in Austria mobile phone and laptop modern office setting and international workforce travel and subsistence allowances package We are looking forward to receiving your job application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
